During Black Week, our warehouse is extremely busy, and to ensure the fastest handling of your order, we have limited communication with our warehouse.
This means that if you have ordered the wrong product or the wrong size, we cannot change or cancel your order. Therefore, you should just place a new order with the correct products.
However, no need to worry since we have a 100-day right-of-return policy which applies to purchases made in our physical stores and on our website. Within 100 days, simply swing by a store or return the product through our online return portal.
Products purchased online can be easily exchanged or returned in our stores - simply bring the order number with you.
Please note: It is not possible to send back items purchased in stores.
