Ordering in store

If you ordered products from the store for home delivery, please note the following:

Once the order is completed in the store, you will receive both a physical receipt and a copy by email. The order will then be packed in our warehouse, and after the order is shipped, you will receive a link to track your order by email. This email will have DHL as the sender when ordering from Germany and GLS when ordering from Denmark.

Usually, the order is delivered to the specified address within 2-5 business days. Before the parcel is delivered, you have the option to change the delivery to a parcel shop. This is done via the email/SMS that you receive from the carrier.

Tip:

When ordering from Denmark, it is recommended to download the GLS app. If you allow notifications from the app, you will be informed of all shipment updates automatically.

If you have any questions about your order or are looking for the receipt or tracking link, don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service and share the receipt number.

If you no longer have the receipt, please send us the following information:

  • In which store the purchase was made
  • When the purchase was made - date and time
  • Products purchased
  • Amount paid
Return of an order made in the store
You have the option to return your order both in the stores and online via the return portal below. If you prefer the latter option, follow the guide below:

Enter the order number (e.g. 184095.0) that you find on the delivery note included with your parcel and your e-mail address in the return portal. After registering your return, you will receive a return label with which you can send back the order.

The money will be refunded to you as soon as we have received and processed your return.
