I have ordered a wrong product/size, is it possible to correct my order?

If you have ordered an incorrect product or a wrong size, please contact our customer service.

In the event you order has already been shipped, we sadly cannot edit your order.
Do not despair - You have the right of return for 100 days after reception and we offer exchanges free of charge.

In the case you want to cancel your order, please also contact our customer service. If you order has already been sent, it cannot be canceled.
