Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

If, for whatever reason, you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 45 days to return unworn items for a refund. However, please be aware that we can only accept your returned products if they are in accordance with our return policy. 

Condition of the products

We do not accept returns if the returned product:

  • Is not in new condition
  • Smells of perfume or other strong odor
  • Has been exposed to smoke
  • Has been washed
  • Has been exposed to animal fur
  • Has not been sufficiently and properly packed for return shipping
  • Has open stitching
  • Has been modified

For health and hygiene reasons, boxer shorts, socks, and face masks can only be returned in their original condition and unopened original packaging.


If the return period has expired, we cannot offer a refund. Therefore, you will also not be able to log in and request a return label in the return portal.

Should you have made your return in time and it is accepted, the amount of the item will be refunded to you via the original payment method. If you have used a gift card for the purchase, the amount will be refunded to this, after which the gift card can be used again. 

In the event that your return is not accepted, you will be contacted and informed of this, after which the product(s) will be returned to you.

Please note that products purchased on the website can also be exchanged and returned in our physical stores. Exchanges or returns of products purchased in our physical stores must also be made in one of these stores.


In most countries*, we offer direct exchanges when you exchange to another product of the same style, price, and fit. This can be done in the return portal.

If you want to exchange to another style, this can be done through the return portal by choosing to return the product and selecting the option "Shop on our website to find another product.". By doing so, you will place a new order, and upon receipt and processing of your return, the returned product(s) will be refunded via the original payment method.

*Please note that it is not possible to exchange orders shipped to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, or the US. Therefore, please return the product(s) and make a new order with the desired product(s).
