I’ve bought products in your physical store, can I return them online?

If you have purchased products in one of our stores or received a gift that has been purchased in a store, they cannot be returned via the return portal. These must be returned or exchanged at one of our stores in the country of purchase.

For exchanges, you will need to either present the receipt or gift receipt and for returning the receipt, you received upon purchase or the copy you received by email. 

Please remember, we offer a 100-day return policy from the date of purchase, so you have plenty of time to make an exchange or return.
