If you want to exchange a gift that has been purchased online, please ask the gift giver about the order number + postcode/phone number/email.
Then simply request a refund through our return portal here and re-order the new product you want. We do not offer direct exchanges on orders.
Please note that as we only operate within secure payment channels, the money will only be able to be transferred to the original payment method and this cannot be changed.
Finally, if you would like a return on something purchased in one of our stores, simply pop into one of the physical stores as money cannot be refunded online.
It is also possible to simply go into a store and make an exchange there. All you need to do is bring the order number with you.
If you want the money back, the money will be returned to the gift giver and then the giver can transfer you the money afterwards :-)
