To return, you must apply for a return label and fill out the return form you received with your products.
Follow these steps to request for the label:
1. Access our return portal by clicking here or clicking 'Returns and Exchanges' in the footer on the website.
2. Choose your country of residence and press "Click here to return package".
3. Click 'Get started'.
4. Enter your order number and either your postcode, email or phone number and click 'NEXT'.
5. Choose which items to return.
6. Select your reason for the refund and click 'NEXT'.
7. Confirm that your personal information is correct and click 'NEXT'.
8. Choose your desired return method of the listed options, potentially choose pick up point and click 'NEXT'.
9. You are now done and can download the return label and return form. They have also been sent to you via mail from the sender 'firstname.lastname@example.org'.
