In-store purchase 

The exchange or return of an in-store purchase can only be made in one of the stores in the country of purchase and upon presenting the receipt.

Please note that we only operate with secure payment methods. This means that the refund can only be posted back to the original payment method. This cannot be changed.

In-store orders

Please note: If you paid with cash, an online return is not possible. Please visit a store for a refund.

When you place an order in a Danish store that will be delivered to your home, you have the option to exchange it both in the store and online via the return portal below.

To do this, you must enter the order number (e.g. 184095.0) that you find on the delivery note included with your parcel and your e-mail address in the return portal. After registering your return, you will receive a return label with which you can send back the order.

The money will be refunded to you as soon as we have received and processed your return.

In-store purchase 

The exchange or return of an in-store purchase can only be made in one of the stores in the country of purchase and upon presenting the receipt.

In-store orders

When you place an order in a German store that will be delivered to your home, you have the option to exchange it both in the store and online via the return portal below.
