If you have received a product that for has become faulty for some reason, you can create a complaint (RMA) with us.
The way you do this is to send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Pictures clearly displaying the damage
- How the damage happened
- How often they have been used
- How often they have been washed
- How have they been washed
- Related order number or picture of bank statement from your online bank if purchased in the store
By including this information, you will receive a quicker and easier handling of your complaint, and that the communication is as comprehensive and accurate as possible.
