Can I still buy online with you?
Yes. It is still possible to order online with us. We hope that we can continue with this as long as the situation allows. We recommend that you ship to your home address as to avoid unnecessary contact with other people eg. the employees in the package store.
Do you still have normal delivery?
Currently, our delivery will continue as it usually does. However, you must be aware that there may be delays in estimated delivery times on product deliveries we have from production in Portugal, which you may have received information on via mail, chat or telephone with customer service.
Please note that several postal codes throughout Europe, now have different shipping rules than normal due to Covid-19.
We will do what we can to maintain an efficient packaging process and shipment.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
As a starting point, no. You may be lucky if you call or char with us, that it can be changed, but unfortunately, 9/10 times we cannot. Therefore, please note that you have entered your address correctly to avoid transport back and forth.
I bought a product in the store and want to exchange - what do I do?
Of course, it is unfortunate that you have a product that you cannot use. Fortunately, you have 100 days from the date of purchase to return an item if you have not used it nor washed it.
Usually we do not offer exchanges for goods purchased in stores online, but based on the situation with COVID-19, we uniquely offer an online exchange if what you want to exchange is in stock.
Please note, however, that we cannot return money on an item purchased in the store.

Attach a photo of your proof of purchase (eg. a receipt) and provide us with the following information about you:
- Full name
- Address (Road name + number, Postal code and City)
- Phone number
- Color and size of what you exchange (Typically written for example: "SNT Classic Black W32 / L32")
- Color and size of what you want to change to (Typically written for example: "SNT Classic Navy W33 / L30")
We will then respond to your inquiry within 24 business hours and send you a return label if it is possible for us to exchange.
How long do I have to return?
We offer 100 days right of return on unused products, from date of purchase, i.e. that you have 100 days to exchange or return your unused product.
In addition, we do not guarantee a product if you, for example, did not like the pants after a week of usage as they will be considered used and unsellable.
If the 100-day deadline has been exceeded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange and you will therefore not be able to log into our Return Portal.
Please note that if the 100-day return policy is overwritten for you due to Corona, we will of course extend this so you can exchange or return your products.

If you have bought a product in-store, follow the instructions from the answer above.
Has the virus affected your supply chain?
Yes. Our supply chain will be affected to some extent, as there are many people in our production team, many of whom are at home and have to care for children and that the factories may have to close for a given period. Therefore, you may experience delays in estimated delivery times, which have been announced in the last weeks, for example via email.
