How do I exchange a product purchased during Black Friday?

If you purchased an item during Black Friday and wish to "swap" sizes but keep the discount, then do the following:
Go to one of our stores and show the order confirmation on your phone OR:
  1. Order the new desired size on a new order when it is in stock.

  2. Send us an email at info@shapingnewtomorrow.com with the text:
    Old order number: EU5555
    New order number: EU6666
    I would like the price difference refunded.

  3. If the email address you write from is the same as the one that created both orders, then you are eligible for a refund and you will receive a confirmation of the refund within 1-2 working days.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges, but that you must send back here and order again.

If you want the price difference refunded, changing models or colors is not possible – only fit and size.
