There are a few things to consider, when you wish to exchange a gift bought during Black Week
As always, you have 100 days right of return from the date of purchase.
Gift bought in store
If the gift is bought in one of our physical stores then it MUST be returned in one of our physical stores as well - you cannot send it back to us.
Gift bought online
Has the product been bought online, then you can either return it through our online portal on our website, or return it in one of our stores.
If you wish to return the product online then you must have the order number as well as the phone number or e-mail address of the person who placed the order in the first place.
Please note: Refunds can only be issued via the original payment method. For security reasons we neither can nor are we allowed to refund money to a different account than the one used to place the order. In brief: refunds will be issued to the person who paid for the gift - so you might have to get in touch with the person who gave you the gift.
In order to receive the correct product and keep the discount after you sent the wrong product back, please follow the steps below:
- Place a new order when the wanted size is back in stock
- Send us an e-mail at email@example.com with the comment:
"Old order number: EU12345
New order number: EU54321
I wish to get refunded the price difference"
As soon as we have received your e-mail, we will issue the refund to you within a few days. (NOTE: if you wish to get refunded the price difference then it is not possible to change the model. It is still fine to change fit (slim/regular) and color).
