During Black Week our warehouse is extremely busy, which means that we have had to limit requests and communication to our warehouse.
This also means, that if you have ordered a wrong product or a wrong size, then we cannot change your order.
However, no need to worry since we have a 100-day right of return policy which applies to both our physical stores and our online return portal. So within the 100 days, simply swing by a store or return the product through our online return portal (it is NOT possible to send items back, that are bought in the physical stores)

It is no problem to exchange a product that is bought online in our physical stores - simply remember to bring the order confirmation.
If the address is wrong the parcel will be sent to the nearest parcel pick up point or it will be send back to us after which you will be refunded.
