Your order will be processed as soon as possible with normal delivery to be between 1-4 days (This depends on your country of residence).
However, please be aware that delivery can take a bit longer during Black Week due to the high amount of orders.
- You can at all times place orders in our webshop.
- When you chose delivery to a GLS/DHL parcel pick up point, then it cannot be guaranteed that the parcel will be available to pick up at the chosen location. In some instances (especially around Black Week, parcel pick up points can become crowded and parcels can risk being sent to the next available pick up point)
- Parcels will not always be scanned once they are picked up by the chosen carrier. They will therefore not receive their first scan before they reach the first distribution hub, which means that it will seem like the package is still at our warehouse even though it has been sent. If your Track and Trace ID has not updated within 24 hours, then feel free to contact customer service for an update
- Should you chose DHL Express as a delivery method then there should be no delays in expected delivery times.
